Creating Your Account

1. Click on 'Your Account' icon on the header of any page.
2. Simply enter your Email in the New Customer section, click 'Continue' button.
   Only one Email address for one account.
3. You will be taken to 'Enter Shipping Information'.
4. In 'Security' section, you will need to create new password for Your Account.
   Passwords must be at least 3 characters but no more than 25 characters.
   You will need this password to log in to Your Account in the future to make changes to Your Account.
5. Fill out the rest of the form. And click 'Continue' button to complete creating Your Account.
   NOTE : All the fields in red must not be empty.

Updating Your Shipping Information

1. Go to Your Account.
2. Click on 'Change' button under 'Shipping Information'.
3. To make changes to your shipping information, update the form as necessary, and click 'Update' to complete changes.
4. Once update is completed, you are brought back to Your Account. You will see a message informing you changes have been recorded
   NOTE: If you have just submitted an order, to ensure that Your new address is the one that will be used when shipping Your Order, please call us immediately on (021) 6000 331.
   

Changing Your Password

1. Go to Your Account.
2. Click on 'Change' button under your password information.
3. Enter your current password, and then enter your new password, then enter your password again.
4. Then click 'Change Now' to complete.

Changing Your Email

1. Log into Your Account.
2. Click on 'Change' button under Email information..
3. Enter your current or present Email, then enter your new one and click 'Change Email Now' to complete.

Viewing Your Order Status and Order Details

1. Log into Your Account.
2. Click on 'Order Status' button on the right side.
3. Your will be shown all order(s) that you have with ClickBookShop.com including current and past orders.
4. To see your order details, click on the Order Number.

Forgot Your Password

1. Click on 'Your Account' icon on the header of any page. Then click on 'Forgot Your Password' link.
2. Enter your Email that you use when registering with ClickBookShop.com.
3. Our system will automatically send your password to your Email address.
4. For your own protection, you may later want to change your password once you know your password.
