• For Jakarta delivery - Your order will be delivered within 24 hrs of your order placement. Payment can be made at the time of delivery (COD). After placing an order, ClickBookShop.com staff will contact you to arrange suitable delivery time for you.

11. I got a defective CD-ROM/disk, can I get a replacement?

• Some books come with CD-ROM(s) or diskette. If you find that the CD-ROM is defective then you can get a free replacement. (Replacement may take more than a month, as your CD-ROM may need to be sent to the publisher for a replacement)
  NOTE: CD-ROM or diskette will only be exchanged if it is defective, damaged during shipment. Any surface damage caused by users will not be accepted for exchange.
• Exchange doesn't apply to the contents of the CD-ROM or diskette.
• In some cases, the book(s) you buy comes with Online Resources where you can get the contents of the CD-ROM from the Internet.
